FROM IDEA TO PROJECT

for Musicians, College Students, Teaching Artists, Performing Arts Professional



Prerequisites

• have a professional project in the field of live performance or cultural action

• have professional experience or reasoned motivation

• French: B1 level



To engage professionally in an artistic activity and to elaborate a project requires to tie his expertise of artist to the knowledge of the socio-economic environment of the cultural sector.



At the end of the workshop, the participant will be able, in support of methodological tools, to establish the action plan for the elaboration of his artistic project



Content of the workshop:



- Clarify and circumscribe his artistic project

Identify the elements to be investigated, the socio-cultural environment in which the project is located, evaluate the anchoring of the project

Frame project issues

Analyze your motivation of project leader



- Establish an elaboration methodology applied to the development of an artistic project

Question your project

Evaluate the means, physical and financial, needed to set up the project

Identify partners and resource locations



- Establish an action plan

Plan the development of the project

Organize your network

Create your communication tools





An educational booklet is given to the trainee.





Duration: 3 hours



Publics: Musicians, artist-teachers and live performance professionals, amateurs in the process of professionalization

15 people max.



This workshop is part of the Professional Project module. Participation in the entire cycle allows for individual and personalized support of 2 hours.
