Who is going to get there? What do we have to think about when we publish texts or pictures? Whether in print or on the Internet, pitfalls and other lurking dangers are banned by the copyright lawyer.
What is the current legal status in copyright matters? What rights do I have as copyright owner, e.g. for photos that show people? From which number of depicted persons do I no longer need to obtain authorization? When do I have to ask for a reprint? When do I run the risk of being prosecuted?
