Together with the Creative Europe Desk Culture, the Cultural Promotion Center Berlin is once again offering seminars for the EU funding program CREATIVE EUROPE this year. The seminars are each one-day, we offer two alternative dates, from which you choose one if you are interested.

Introduction to the complex topic of EU cultural promotion and its objectives. CREATIVE EUROPE is the current EU funding program for the cultural and creative sectors. The two one-day and parallel seminars deal with its sub-program CULTURE, which focuses on working together in a European context, supporting the professionalisation of cultural workers and their mobility, as well as opening up new audiences. Cross-border cooperation projects that are as innovative as possible form the core of the KULTUR subprogramme and are therefore the focus of the seminar in terms of objectives, eligibility criteria and application procedures. In addition to references to further funding sources, there are useful tips from the almost 20 years of consulting practice of the National Contact Point for the Promotion of Culture of the EU. In groups, project-specific project concepts are developed and subsequently presented in plenary with a short focus on the European priorities and evaluated together. The learning outcomes are largely transferable to other support programs.

The two one-day and content-related seminars are aimed at beginners and those who want to update or deepen their knowledge. Even if only organizations and institutions are entitled to apply, the seminar will also benefit individual cultural operators of all sectors (exception: pure film industry) as well as multipliers, e.g. from counseling offices and from the administration.
