€ 100 (individual) / € 200 (continuing education)



This training, in partnership with the choir of the Orchester de Paris, is aimed at choral conductors who wish to integrate into their work of direction approaches based on music of oral tradition. After the presentation of a mapping of the different vocal traditions by an ethnomusicologist, the participants approach two practices far apart, both in their technique and in their language: the polyphonies of Georgia and Brazil. An opportunity to put vocal work habits into perspective and to enrich the sound palette of a choir. An exchange on the issues of oral transmission will close this training.
