Being constructive in a conflict situation and reacting calmly is an important goal for many people. The ability to communicate attentively and respectfully brings satisfaction, joy and security to work, family and everyday life.

Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (CSF) and Thich Nhat Hanh's Mindfulness Practice are effective ways to learn and experience just that.

In particular, the seminar is also suitable as training for professionals (for example, in the therapeutic and social fields)

The training will consist of short theoretical inputs and varied exercises in plenary sessions or in small groups. Practice is practiced with personal concerns and conflict situations. The group offers a sheltered space for active and playful exploration and adventure. 



During the training the participants have the opportunity to network via a Yahoo group and to exchange and support themselves in everyday life.

Each participant receives detailed seminar documents about the individual blocks.



CERTIFICATE

At the end of the training course (when you attend Module A and Module B), you will receive a certificate "Mindful Communication Coach" from the Academy for Peaceful and Creative Communication in cooperation with the Academy of Cultures NRW - Free Academy for Holistic Development.

On your way to recognition as a "Trainer for Nonviolent Communication" this training is recognized by the Professional Association Non Violent Communication with 120 seminar hours.



* Dagmar Bellen (52) is a Certified Trainer for Nonviolent Communication according to Marshall Rosenberg. She is the founder of the Academy for peaceful and creative communication in Cologne and has been supporting institutions, kindergartens, schools and families for 8 years in building and practicing attentive and appreciative communication. She is a graduate in business administration, media pedagogue, mindfulness trainer and mother.
