Special day on the functioning, education and care of the children's voice

The second symposium of amj and ba • Wolfenbüttel on the overarching theme of "singing with children" aims to provide an interdisciplinary approach to the question of how to cope with the vocal development of children today.

In addition to the medical-phoniatric perspective (foundations of voice development, framework conditions, possibilities of vocal assessment, impulses for voice therapy), a focus on the versatility of the child's voice should be laid in the form of voice experiments, voice improvisation and the idea of ​​a vocal repertoire.

Child-friendly visualization aids for vocal pedagogical use complete the offer. Since the multiplier voice is of great importance in this context, a workshop will show possibilities for maintaining the multiplier voice.

The conference will be accompanied and observed by Wolfenbüttel students, who will take part in the offers and give feedback to the trade visitors from the point of view of the target group.

Information on vocal and medical aspects completes the program, which is aimed at educators, (primary) teachers, child choir directors and voice educators.
